Project: Supporting the Experiential launch of the new Fiat Tipo

Objective:

We were contacted by Fiat’s agency who had found that the experiential teams who were engaging with potential customers in city centre locations were struggling to capture customer information.  Our role was to create a reason for people to engage – and quickly!

Mongoose Services:

We quickly created a prize draw which featured a range of rewards from cinema tickets to sports experiences as well as branded materials.

Within the space of a week we had built a digital platform to capture customer entries (and their information) and created experiential packs for field teams to publicise the competition.

Mongoose wrote all legal copy and arranged for all reward partners participation as well as performing the administration and fulfilment of the competition.

All of this was done without the client knowing of our existence allowing the agency to take full credit for saving the day!
