Objective:

Support the launch of Air Wick’s Christmas gingerbread “Enchanted Holiday” launch with a promotional incentive to purchase.

Mongoose Services:

Mongoose were engaged to create the entire campaign including user journey, reward proposition and delivery.

The chosen campaign was to offer all purchasers the opportunity to claim a “build your own gingerbread house” kit in return for their purchase.

Mongoose were required to design and build the user journey, digital portal, legal compliance, claim and redemption processes, handle all customer services and source and purchase the gingerbread house kits.

In addition, Mongoose organised promotional cover for the uncertain cost of the campaign and performed all post-campaign analysis for the client.

The Result:

Sales rate which was 18% above target, 100% fulfilment record and lots of full tummies!
